You Need to Explore this Underrated US Destination...

We are entering another summer that is all about getting outside and exploring the lesser traveled parts of the US! For those looking for an off-the-beaten path road trip, Andiamo recommends exploring the Big Bend in West Texas. While it’s not the easiest place to get to, we are confident that the region won’t disappoint. Travelers have long explored the design and art mecca of Marfa and in more recent history, Marathon, TX has become the gateway to the Big Bend National Park. We are most excited about Willow House, the chic, desert retreat located just outside of Terlingua TX that opened earlier this year.

With just 12 casitas sitting on over 250 acres of private land, travelers can now experience the far west like never before. Each casita is unique in both its design and bed configuration, while all accommodations have a through-line of minimalistic interior décor. The property encourages community building within guests with their Main House that features a fully equipped kitchen and a location with easy access to the Chisos Basin hikes, Rio Grande River and relaxing in the remoteness of the natural surroundings.
