TERMS OF SERVICE

 Scope of Services

Andiamo Travel is a full-service luxury travel design and concierge company offering end-to-end trip planning from initial research and bespoke itinerary creation to booking accommodations, transportation, and curated experiences worldwide. We work with a network of trusted local providers in each destination to deliver personalized itinerary development, destination advice, and custom concierge services tailored to each client’s needs and preferences.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate personal information, travel preferences, and securing all required documentation: passports, visas, permits, and health certificates. Failure to obtain or comply with any entry requirement is solely the client’s responsibility; Andiamo Travel is not liable for denied boarding, refused entry, or related financial losses. For group travel or minors, ensure all travelers hold appropriate documentation, including parental-consent or guardianship forms as needed.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site; text, photos, graphics, logos, and design; as well as custom proposals, itineraries, and related materials produced by Andiamo Travel, are owned or licensed by Andiamo. You may download or print pages for personal use only. Any other use (reproduction, distribution, modification) requires prior written permission.

Payments, Cancellation & Third-Party Services

Andiamo designs and coordinates travel services with disclosed third-party suppliers (cruise lines, hotels, airlines, air charters, ground transport providers, and other independent contractors). Each supplier is an independent entity with its own management and terms. By authorizing Andiamo to act as your booking agent, you agree to abide by the terms of each supplier. Final payment is due per supplier terms, typically prior to departure. Failure to meet payment or cancellation deadlines may result in canceled reservations, forfeited deposits, and penalties. You are responsible for all charges, fees, duties, taxes, and assessments. Andiamo serves as an intermediary and is not the source or provider of travel services; we are not liable for acts or omissions of these third parties.

Pricing & Currency Fluctuations

All quotes reflect current rates and availability. Supplier fees, currency exchange rates, and taxes can change without notice.

Flight Responsibilities

Booked through Andiamo: If you purchase flights through Andiamo, we monitor all schedule changes and will inform you promptly of any updates, delays, or cancellations. You do not need to track changes directly with the carrier.

Booked independently: If you purchase flights directly with a carrier or third party, you remain responsible for monitoring schedule changes, check-in, seat assignments, and managing any refunds. We still recommend confirming departure times at least 24 hours (domestic) or 72 hours (international) before travel and again 2 hours (domestic) or 3 hours (international) before departure. Failure to use a reservation may result in cancellation of continuing or return flights and loss of airfare.

Credits for Flights

E-tickets expire one year from issue unless the carrier rules state otherwise; if Andiamo books your flights, Andiamo will retain a record of your credit.

Travel Cancellation & Trip Interruption Insurance

Travel insurance is optional and not included by default. Andiamo Travel provides quotes on insurance policies and will purchase insurance on your behalf. Purchasing insurance can mitigate risks such as cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and lost baggage. Andiamo staff, however, are not licensed to advise on policy specifics and will connect you with the appropriate third-party supplier to get all your questions answered.

Health, Safety & Travel Risks

Travel carries inherent risks: health advisories, political instability, weather events, and security concerns that vary by destination. You should:

  • Monitor reputable sources (e.g., U.S. Department of State, CDC, WHO, TSA) for advisories and entry requirements.

  • Review supplier- and government-issued warnings before booking and departure.

Andiamo makes no warranties that travel is risk-free; participation constitutes acceptance of these risks.

Force Majeure & Global Events

Unforeseeable events: natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, government actions, epidemics (e.g., COVID-19), or quarantine requirements—may delay, modify, or cancel services. Andiamo is not liable for resulting losses; refunds, if any, will account for supplier fees and reasonable costs.

Changes & Cancellations

Clients may request changes to their trip at any time. All requested changes are subject to availability at the time of request, and any amendment or cancellation charges imposed by suppliers will apply. Fees accrued for Andiamo’s travel planning services prior to a change request are fully earned, and new planning fees will be charged at our then-current rates.

If a client decides to cancel a trip after booking, Andiamo will, upon request, assist with the cancellation process per supplier policies; however, the client remains responsible for all cancellation costs, charges, or fees imposed by travel providers.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

As-Is Service: All services and content are provided “as is,” without warranties.

No Liability for Acts of Others: We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by third-party suppliers, force majeure events, or your own actions.

Liability Cap: Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid for the affected service.
