Andiamo clients are discerning travelers, and our Travel Designers understand that travel isn’t one-size fits all. While we know many agencies and travel bookers such as Amex/Chase have access to similar value-add amenities, our team can provide first-hand experience for destinations across the globe as well as an extensive network of hotel and supplier partnerships and invite-only members to ensure an elevated experience at step of your journey. We know that every traveler is looking for something slightly different and our team puts in the time to gets to know you personally. Plus our response time is record breaking!

We have no fees associated with single-destination hotel bookings. Our team is happy to assist with hotel bookings- from a one night stay in a city to a week at your favorite warm-weather or ski resort. For our full-service planning services for groups or multi-destination itineraries, we charge a per trip fee of $500 per adult, $250 per child.

We have a full-service air team that can assist with any flight bookings that our clients may need. Our flight pricing will be the same or better as what is listed online, based on specific airline contracts. With Andiamo flight bookings, you will receive access to our 24/7 after-hours service that can assist with any flight changes or cancellations during your trip. This is a great alternative to having to get in a long queue to speak to the airlines directly. All air bookings are subject to a $50 ticketing fee per ticket which will include 1 flight change. Additional changes are billed at $50 per change.

Andiamo has access to a wide variety of luxury villas and homes for rent in many destinations across the globe. We have access to both villas on resort properties as well as stand-alone villas. Rentals range in terms of inclusions and staff with options for these additions to be added. Due to the fact that we cannot guarantee quality of product, we are not able to book VRBO or airbnbs on behalf of our clients.

We pride ourselves on providing seamless travel experiences for clients and that requires our team to have control of all components of their trips from hotel bookings to touring and concierge services. We only offer concierge services to clients who book hotels with Andiamo.

We always encourage clients to use their points when booking expensive domestic or international flights as this is where you get the most value! For privacy reasons, we are unable to login to client’s personal accounts so this will have to be managed by the client and we will add the flights to your itinerary. Unfortunately, we are unable to assist clients who book hotels on points.
